My name is Steve, I have lived in Lancaster since 1993. I have worked within the maintenance side of the building industy for well over 30 years. I have worked for small builders and have worked at management level with the major national contractors. The majority of this time I worked in peoples homes, whilst they were still living in them.
Customers would always ask if a tradesman would do a small private job, whilst we were there, as they could never get people to do these jobs for them
Tradesman would always need a "little job" doing by another trade, a bit of repair, something adjusted or refitted, just outside their skill range.
There never appeared to be a professional who would do all these smaller jobs. So thats why I started a PROFESSIONAL HANDYMAN SERVICE.
